I received at least 4 Thank you's with confirmations of order and total payment was taken for payment. However, it was not until the products were delivered was, I told that one item (item of same item) was on backorder and that the date was unknown! This is my first experience with this company, and this does not bode well for my ordering again.

Excellent customer service and very quick turnaround. Heargear is pretty comfortable and the under nose cushion fits well. It does need to be replaced periodically or it will whistle due to air loss. I move my head around on my pillow a lot.

It was easy to place & complete my order. I paid for priority USPS shipping and the items were delivered a week later. Items arrived in perfect codition. Only drawback was there were no instructions on how to use my or attach the waist belt for my P2 premium backpack.and it is not just a common sense only goes on one way interpretation.
