Excellent customer service and very quick turnaround. Heargear is pretty comfortable and the under nose cushion fits well. It does need to be replaced periodically or it will whistle due to air loss. I move my head around on my pillow a lot.

Only drawback was there were no instructions on how to use my or attach the waist belt for my P2 premium backpack.and it is not just a common sense only goes on one way interpretation.

I wasn't sure which Oxygen concentrator to buy. Gabby answered my questions and figured in a discount code I had. One thing I liked was she didn't sugar coat the warantee return process if I ever need it by explaining costs and the amount of time it might take. I would rather know this upfront rather than be surprised if it's ever needed.

New headgear
