.Broken charger, no user manual. No packaging to make me feel like it was brand new!
I received my unit. It was just in a box, no plastic wrap to make it look brand new. There was no user manual so I had to go on you tube to see how it works. Went to plug it in and the cord jack was bent. I tried calling for 3 days and held and held and held without ever speaking to anyone.

Amazingly simple, small, and sanitary! Don't wait. After years of trying to keep my hose and machine clean with the mess and hassle, I was considering getting a SoClean. While it looks convenient, I didn't like the $30 filter every 6mos. And I didn't like the size and retrofitting my machine. Enter VirtuClean! I read the reviews, was attracted by the ease of use, size, and price ($199 from DHM) and decided to try it. And I am SO GLAD I did! Used it the first day it came. Takes 30 minutes to clean the mask and 30 minutes to clean the machine. Simply hook of the hose to each, press the button, and it will stop automatically when complete. The smell is wonderful! (In other words, no yucky smell, only a clean smell.) And it was very easy to setup and use. Plus, DHM's price was very low and they shipped it very quickly. I'm very impressed with VirtuClean and Direct Home Medical. Good job to both of you!. If you're considering getting an ozone CPAP cleaning machine, I highly recommend doing so. And if you're concerned about size, price, or travel, the VirtuClean is amazing!

.Small and Very Convenient
I have had a SoClean 2 at home for the past year and I absolutely love it; but I'm heading overseas for 2 weeks shortly and I really needed something small for Travel. The SoClean 2 Go looked okay; but this Virtuclean is tiny tiny tiny so I opted for it instead. It's a great little unit that will easily fit in my bag and it works well too. It won't replace my bigger SoClean at home; but it's definitely going to be my go to cleaner for overnight and longer trips! Great job.
